Cake Smash & Splash photoshoots are extremely popular right now. For those of you that don't know, a Cake Smash session literally involves the baby 'smashing up' a beautifully iced, giant birthday cake in celebration of your baby turning one!
After the fun, we transition to the splash session, where your little one can enjoy a bubbly bath, all while we capture those precious moments.
It's filled with laughter, mess, and unforgettable memories that you'll treasure for a lifetime.
Which style of Cake Smash would you choose?
The Personalised Balloon Arch
My balloon arches are extremely popular with the choice of colour and theme up to you. I will personally craft the balloon arch on the morning of your session and coordinate a professional cake that complements the design. Make your celebration unforgettable with our beautiful balloon decorations!
The Simple Cake Smash
Or you may prefer The Simple Cake Smash experience! Here, we focus on capturing the pure joy of your little one with just a simple cake and perhaps a little cone hat. It's modern, simple and timeless. We can start with some natural images in a different outfit and even include family pictures if you'd like. If you have any alternative ideas for your Cake Smash session, feel free to share, and I'll do my best to make it happen!
How does it work?
The Cake Smash Session is £95. This includes all decorations and a professionally made cake to match. We have a consultation prior your shoot to decide on theme/colours etc and which kind of Cake Smash Session is right for you.
Cake smash sessions take time to plan, we need to pre- order the cake too! So ideally book your cake smash session at least one month before your baby is turning one.
The session fee doesn’t not include any digitals or prints, these are purchased at your viewing appointment.

After your session
After our session, we will schedule a date for your viewing appointment. During this meeting, we will select your favorite images, discuss your digital package, and explore various options for displaying your purchased photos. I have a wide range of wall art examples in the studio, and with my years of experience, we can create something stunning for your walls.
